Ibuprofen Suspension – Ausnahmegenehmigung zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung der Bevölkerung
Auslieferung von Ware mit ausländischer Aufmachung in Deutschland gestartet
Zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung der Bevölkerung mit Arzneimitteln kann das Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM) in Einzelfällen Ausnahmen von bestimmten Vorschriften des AMG gestatten. Eine solche Ausnahmegenehmigung wurde für Ibuprofen-haltige Suspensionen der BERLIN-CHEMIE AG erteilt, die auf Basis dieser Genehmigung ab dem 02.01.2023 in Verkehr gebracht werden. Einzelheiten dazu hat das BfArM auf seiner Homepage veröffentlicht:
Die Arzneimittel wurden ursprünglich für das Ausland produziert und entsprechen den in Deutschland zugelassenen Fertigarzneimitteln
EUDORLIN Ibuprofen 20 mg/ml Suspension zum Einnehmen bzw.
EUDORLIN Ibuprofen 40 mg/ml Suspension zum Einnehmen.
Die Versorgung des ursprünglichen Bestimmungslandes des Produkts, der Ukraine, wird durch diese Maßnahme nicht beeinträchtigt und hat keine Auswirkungen auf den Zugang ukrainischer Patienten zu diesem Arzneimittel.
Auf Grund der besonderen Situation werden die Arzneimittel im Originalzustand ausgeliefert. Die deutschen Gebrauchsinformationen sind jeder Lieferung beigefügt und können zusätzlich über die nachstehenden QR-Codes und Links abgerufen werden.
Mit dieser Aktion leistet BERLIN-CHEMIE einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Versorgung in Deutschland und wünscht allen Patienten gute Besserung.
