We continue to be deeply concerned by the tragic situation in Ukraine, the devastating losses of civilians and the suffering of the entire Ukrainian population.

The below summarizes our actions and position:

For Ukraine, in addition to the original donation of BERLIN-CHEMIE, the Menarini Group has added further financial donations and continuous medicines donations for a total contribution of over 1 million euro by now.

In Russia, we stopped all advertising spending, ceased all new investments, including those for research and production production facilities, and implemented a headcount freeze across he entirety of our operation. Currently, we are in a stall mode in Russia only supplying our medicines to patients who depend upon them in line with exemption of medicines from international sanctions.

We stand with the Ukrainian people and hope for a peaceful resolution as soon as possible.
