For our International Division we are seeking at the earliest opportunity an
International Software Implementation Manager (m/f)
Your duties:
As Software Implementation Manager you will support all activities relevant for the implementation of our corporate Field Force Monitoring System in our local offices in Eastern Europe and Asia.
Your work will focus both on training users on-site before going live with the system and providing first-level support to the local users in their daily work with it after successful implementation. You will also ensure the correct and efficient handling of the system.
Additionally, you will coordinate the interfaces to other departments and initiate the necessary steps to maintain and update the software products. Your professional support is also of importance during the creation of user requirement documentations.
To optimise business processes and adopt corporate solutions, you will analyse the status quo and compile reports on optimisation opportunities.
You are a clear and engaging communicator able to give oral presentations and gain the trust and acceptance of dialogue partners. Furthermore, you are self-motivated and competent in handling priorities.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, computer science or a similar field
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in the field of IT or field force monitoring
- Strong IT skills (excellent knowledge of MS Office and very good knowledge of MS Project, knowledge of database work and of Field Force Monitoring Systems, SQL knowledge expected)
- Intercultural competence and experience with the cultures of Eastern Europe and the CIS region
- Willing to travel frequently internationally
- Very good verbal and written English language skills
- Strong analytical skills
